SUBSTANCE: coating fabric for a drive belt, where said fabric is woven from warp and weft threads; where said warp threads and weft yarns (each) are complex yarns folded from a first filament and a second filament; wherein said first elementary thread comprises fibers having higher tensile strength than said second filament yarn; and where said fabric comprises a modified twill pattern. Toothed belt with cover cloth on teeth oriented diagonally, in which inclination angle of diagonal is less than 90°.
EFFECT: described is cover belt for drive belt.
