SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of sanitary equipment and can be used in waste water treatment and purification in general-purpose water disposal systems. System is equipped with waste water transportation unit, containing at least collector, at least one local water supply network connected to header, overflow pipeline connected to local water supply network, and emergency overflow device installed on overflow pipeline. Device of emergency overflow is made in form of shutoff-control device with drive. System is further provided with at least one rain sensor connected to a device for rain data transmission via a communication channel, at least one water level sensor in local water disposal network installed in point/points of water outlet to surface and connected to device of level data transmission by means of communication channel, a control unit connected to the transmission apparatus on the levels of communication via the data channel, to the actuator shut-off control device via the communication channel, to an apparatus for rain data transmission via the communication channel.

EFFECT: wider field of use and high reliability of the system.
