CURRENT SOURCE CONTROL METHOD IN SOLAR BATTERY SIMULATOR Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC H01L31/00

FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: set task is achieved during change of simulator load from short circuit to point of maximum power takeoff CVC, wherein relative duration of main switch γmn open state current source is adjusted from 0 to 1 and the relative length of the open state of the bypass switch γbp = 0, and when changing load from point of maximum power to idle stroke CVC is adjusted γbp from 0 to 1 at γmn = 1, and when abrupt discharges - loads of load of simulator BS, switching of main and bypass switches is performed in second extended tolerance zone, note here that at load release and reduction of current value below lower level of first tolerance zone both said keys are opened, and when load is loaded and current value is increased above upper level of first zone both keys are locked.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability of solar battery simulator by reducing level of pulsations of short circuit current of simulator current source at sudden discharges - load surges.
