SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical devices, in particular to an inhaler. The inhaler consists of a container, a nozzle assembly and a lid with a diffuser-deflector unit. The nozzle assembly is made in the form of a vortex chamber with a tangential supply of compressed gas and a branch pipe for the supply of the sprayed substance. The branch pipe for the supply of sprayed substance is installed along the axis of the vortex chamber and is removable and of at least two types for the supply of liquid and viscous substances and powder. The branch pipe for liquid and viscous products is made in the shape of a tube and the branch pipe for powder is made in the form of a conical nozzle, the cover with a diffuser-deflector unit includes a cover with a branch pipe of spray, the diffuser-deflector unit in the form of a reflector and a separator consisting of a hollow cylinder.

EFFECT: technical result is to provide possibility of obtaining a polydisperse aerosol with given range of dispersion and spraying liquid, viscous and powdery substances with one device.
