SUBSTANCE: group of inventions proposes a nutrient medium for the cultivation of yeast, containing methanol, dimethyl ether, aqueous ammonia, mineral salts and yeast extract, and a method for obtaining the proposed nutrient medium. The method includes dissolving in water a certain concentration of raw methanol and ammonia hydroxide obtained from the process gas by purifying associated petroleum gas, as well as mineral salts and yeast extract.

EFFECT: inventions provide expansion of the range of nutrient media for the cultivation of methylotrophic yeast in production of protein fodder product.
