FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for fastening aggregates to pipelines of liquid-propellant rocket engines. Clamp bracket for attachment of unit to pipeline of liquid-propellant engine, which comprises symmetrically relative to pipeline and plane of connector, connected in form of pair of semi-rings with possibility of covering cylindrical part of pipeline two tie, with made in them at the ends of the semi-rings with shelves with through holes, with fastening elements located in them, interacting with the shelves, at least one of the braces of the pair of which is equipped with a post with a unit for attachment of liquid-propellant engine units mounted on the pipeline, wherein the first tensile platform flanges are made at a distance from the split plane in the zone of the second brace arrangement, and flanges of second strap are made at distance from plane of connector in area of arrangement of first bracing, and fastening elements are made in form of pins with installed on their ends pairs of nuts, the first of which in middle part of studs interact with surfaces of shelves on side of plane of connector and pipeline, and second with flange surfaces from outer parts of couplers. Invention covers also the first and second braces in the form of pairs perpendicular to the split plane pairs of semi-cylindrical shells with profiles of different radii with their mirror arrangement on first and second ties with possibility of smaller-diameter semi-cylindrical shells entering larger diameter than during assembly, provided with strips adjoining one side to semi-cylindrical shells along their generatrixes, and by second rods semi-rings shaped by outer diameters by sides to outer surfaces of coupling half-rings.
EFFECT: invention provides expansion of functional capabilities, increased reliability of connections at clamp fixation on pipeline with temperature varying during operation from low initial to high with time and reduced range of used materials, which is important to reduce material costs during engine manufacturing.
