FIELD: pipeline transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns emergency shutdown and disconnection systems in the design of articulated pipelines of loading and unloading installations for safe and environmentally responsible loading of the transported product into tankers, railway tanks, tank trucks, during bunkering and refuelling of sea and river vessels, in refuelling installations for aircraft and space rockets. The emergency release coupling is made in the form of a cylindrical body with pipeline connectors on two opposite sides consisting of two sections connected by a connecting element. Each section contains a piston with an axis and at least one spring, where the connecting element contains a breaking element, and in each section there is a piston having a streamlined tapered shape on one side and an axis with a spring stop on the other side, connected to the guide support of the section through a put-on onto the axle, a spring, a spring stop sleeve, and a sliding bushing. A piston sleeve is fixed in the streamlined cone of one of the pistons, and in each section there is a seat with seals between the sections, which fixes the product seal, and a shock-proof ring is located on each section and at least one cable is located on one of the sections.

EFFECT: reliable disconnection of a hose or pipeline in emergency situations, sealing it tightly on both ends.
