FIELD: mechanical testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical testing and is intended for determining the strength of grids and grid panels of gabion structures and reinforcement systems during the extension of articles in all directions of the grid weaving. The inventive bench comprises a horizontal bed with guide skids, a horizontal loading device in the form of a horizontal thrust which is connected to a power hydraulic cylinder mounted on the bed in the direction of the longitudinal axis thereof, and a first clamping device, installed on the guide skids of the bed, the hydraulic cylinder control system and the measuring and control equipment. The stand is additionally provided with a second clamping device in the form of an indivisible frame with clamps uniformly arranged along the perimeter thereof, and with a vertical loading device, located inside the framework in the direction of the central longitudinal axis thereof and consisting of a vertical thrust which is connected via a cable-carrying system to a power hydraulic cylinder by the lower end thereof, and a removable disc connected to the top end of the vertical thrust in such a way that it can be arranged on the top surface of the test grid specimen. The second clamping device (a detachable frame) is mounted in a horizontal position on the vertical bearing posts of the metal framework, which is fixed in a horizontal bed. The first clamping device is in the form of a detachable frame, one of the transverse beams of which is connected via a horizontal rod to a hydraulic cylinder and is capable of being threaded to the longitudinal beams of the frame. The second transverse beam is designed in such a way that it is threaded to the crossbar of the horizontal bed. The stand is additionally provided with a detachable anchor which is embodied in such a way that it is fastened to a horizontal bed in the centre of the first clamping device (detachable frame).
EFFECT: technical result is possibility of carrying out tensile tests of the grids and grid panels in all directions of the grid weaving.
