FIELD: equipment for aircraft rotors.
SUBSTANCE: stand for testing the articulation of the bushing sleeves with the body of the main rotor hub of the helicopter contains a frame (1), which includes a base (2) with columns fixed on it, a pedestal and brackets, loading devices. Three columns (3, 4, 5) are permanently fixed on the base (2). A plate (9) is permanently fixed on columns (3, 4). And on the columns (3, 5) a bracket (6), a pedestal (7), side supports (49) are permanently fixed, while a lever (16) is installed on the pedestal (7). A hydraulic power exciter (11) is fixed to the long arm of the lever (16). There are brackets (27, 44) on columns (3,5) with hydraulic power exciters (12, 13) attached to them, respectively, which are placed in a vertical position, parallel to each other. Hydraulic power exciters (11, 12, 13, 14) are connected to the bench hydraulic system. On each rod (23, 30, 33) a force sensor (24, 34, 35) is installed respectively. The rod (51) is equipped with a tip (54) for connection with the test specimen (38).
EFFECT: reduced dimensions of the test-bench equipment, reduced number of loading channels, improved test accuracy.
