FIELD: engineering.
SUBSTANCE: stand contains a base on which, by means of a frame movable in the vertical direction, a traverse connected to weights is installed, a reclining hydraulic cylinder mounted between the traverse and the base, and a loading mechanism for the tested elements, including a crawler and a pusher connected to the pusher drive, mounted in a vertical guide and having on the upper part supporting elements made in the form of staggered rigid rollers forming a roller, to which through a caterpillar belt covering a driven drum and a driving drum, connected to the drive of the crawler, the test elements connected to the traverse are based. The loads are fixed on top of the traverse. The loading mechanism is mounted on a swivel frame, the axis of which is fixed to the lower part of the base of the stand and coincides with the vertical axis of the tire loading. The pusher and its drive are made in form of a hydraulic pulsator having a rod with a piston placed in a housing that is mounted along the vertical axis of tire loading on swivel frame of the stand inside the crawler and is connected to the pump and tank of the hydroelectric power station through a servo-hydraulic distributor. The roller is mounted on rod of hydraulic pulsator. The upper branch of the track belt is fixed from lateral displacement by means of wide side roller mounted on swivel frame, the axis of which is parallel to vertical axis of tire loading. The pusher vertical guide is made in form of two guide boxes installed on both sides of hydraulic pulsator body parallel to its axis and mounted on swivel frame.
EFFECT: expansion of stand functionality, as well as facilitating the installation and testing of large-diameter wheels and fixing the swivel frame at a given angle.
