SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture, in particular to plant growing. The method for activating the germination of nougat seeds consists in the fact that in a closed agrobiotechnological system, starting from sowing the seeds, illumination with LEDs is carried out at an intensity of generated photons of 265 μmol / m2 s and a quantitative characteristic of the light flux at its constituent wavelengths: ultraviolet 380 nm - 1.5%, blue 440 nm - 23.8%, green 520-530 nm - 6%, red 640 nm - 61.5%, far red 740 nm - 7.2%. Illumination is carried out in a pulsed - intermittent mode in the ratio of light / dark periods in the range: 1 s / 3 s, 1 s / 2 s, or 1 s / 1 s until microgreening is obtained on the 11th day.

EFFECT: method provides an increase in seed germination, productivity, as well as the quality of microgreens in terms of the content of antioxidant substances.
