FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and plant growing, to selection and expansion of the field of application of LED monochromatic radiation in technologies for obtaining germinated seeds of cereal meadow grasses for healthy nutrition and overseeding on forage lands of hayfields and pastures. The method includes germinating seeds of cereal meadow grasses under LED monochromatic lighting. In this case, the seeds of cereal meadow grasses are germinated for 10 days under standard conditions at room temperature and humidification under constant monochromatic LED illumination with green light with a wavelength of 525 nm at a low photon intensity of 1.44 mcmol / (m2⋅s) at the level of the substrate with seeds to obtain microgreens.
EFFECT: method provides expanding possibilities of using LED monochromatic lighting, determining the parameters of the radiation wavelength for germinating seeds of cereal meadow grasses and improving quality of seedlings, namely, starting primary photosynthesis with obtaining microgreens enriched with bioactive components.
