FIELD: automotive industry.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for electrochemical protection of a car against corrosion. The device contains protectors (1, 2), having a negative electrode potential in relation to the potential of the metal of the body (3) of the car and attached to it. The device also contains the lower protectors (2) made of primary aluminum, installed on the bottom of the car body (3), and the front protector (1) installed in front of the car radiator, connected by an aluminum wire with a grounding circuit contactor. Each protector (1, 2) is made in the form of a plate with parallel to each other trapezoidal ribs, and the intercostal surface of the front protector (1) is made perforated.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of car protection against corrosion while reducing the number of protectors.
