FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to ferrous metallurgy and includes a method of producing coated steel sheet, coated steel sheet and a welded joint. It can be used in manufacture of motor vehicles. Sheet steel with preliminary applied first coating containing iron and nickel is subjected to thermal treatment at temperature in range between 600 and 1000 °C and applying a second zinc-based coating. Weld joint is made by contact spot welding of at least two sheet steels and contains less than 3 cracks with size making more than 100 mcm. At that said crack features length smaller than 500 mcm.
EFFECT: prevention of liquid-metal embrittlement during welding and increase of coating adhesion.
