FIELD: metal processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to coated sheet steel, a method for manufacturing coated sheet steel and a welded joint. Sheet steel with a coating containing from 10 to 40 of nickel, wt. %, is proposed and the rest is zinc. Moreover, sheet steel has a microstructure containing from 1 to 50% residual austenite, from 1 to 60% martensite and optionally at least one microstructure selected from bainite, ferrite, cementite and perlite. The method for manufacturing coated sheet steel includes the following steps: A) obtaining annealed sheet steel characterized by a certain chemical composition, in which the sheet steel is annealed at a temperature between 600 and 1200°C, and B) applying a coating containing from 1 to 40 of nickel, wt. %, to the sheet steel obtained at stage A), and the rest is zinc.
EFFECT: invention provides for the production of coated sheet steel, which is not characterized by problems associated with liquid metal embrittlement, after forming and / or welding.
