FIELD: manipulators.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of manipulators, in particular to hinged joints of elements of adjacent links of manipulator, and can be used in logging and other industries. Hinge joint of manipulator elements contains pressed into one of fixed elements of manipulator (4), sliding bearings (6) and cylindrical axis fixed relative to another manipulator element (4), in the body of which there is a channel for lubricant supply to sliding bearings. Fixation of axis in lugs (2, 3) of one of links of manipulator is performed through intermediate inserts (5), having increased radial compliance, wherein the connection is immovable by using a conical threaded fit between the axis and the insert. Inserts (5) of the fixed support are installed in the corresponding hole of the fixed link along the transitional fit, providing formation of the average interference equal to 5-20 mcm, inserts (5) have grooves along inner and outer diameters at depth of 2/3 of insert thickness, and width of slots is set equal to 0.2-0.3 mm. Amorphous vibration-quenching coating with thickness of 10-40 mcm is formed on external and internal diameters of inserts of fixed support. Inserts (5) of movable support are fixed with special pins (11) from mutual rotation.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of hinge joint.
