FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Bandsaw machine comprises a saw frame, two discs, one of which is driven, and the other one is tensioned, located on the saw frame, a band saw, stretched on the mentioned discs, stabilizing elements for vibration damping of band-saw and two guides for band-saw. Each of the stabilizing elements consists of two rollers. Guides are installed as a single unit on the saw frame. Each stabilizing element comprises additionally rotary mechanism installed on saw frame, made with possibility of turning through angle of 45-135° relative to billet plane in cutting zone. Rotary mechanism consists of stationary and movable elements fixed on saw frame and connected to each other by means of bolt joint. Triangular profile slots with height of 3 to 5 mm are additionally cut on the mating surfaces of the movable and fixed elements. Axes with rollers installed on them are pressed into movable element and have stepped shape, free ends are connected to each other by means of bracket of U-shape.
EFFECT: higher rigidity and durability of tool.
