FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering of gas turbine engines, in particular to control and diagnostics equipment, and can be used for control of aircraft engines in ground conditions, as well as engines of helicopters and unmanned aerial vehicles during their creation, development, operation, ground control and repair. Known system for testing aircraft gas turbine engine in ground conditions, comprising test bench connected to gas turbine engine, prepared with sensors of diagnosed parameters, gas turbine engine control unit, stand equipment control unit, operational control unit, connected through hardware-software interface with signal concentration unit, control units and engine parameters recording unit, according to the proposal, is additionally equipped with a library unit of registered data files obtained during all previous tests of this engine and other engines of this series, formed by type of tests and achieved by consumer properties, unit for determination of characteristic time intervals, unit of mathematical model of analysis of correlation links of engine parameters, unit for automated comparison of results and adjustment unit, by means of which formation of correcting effects on consumer properties of engine.
EFFECT: application of invention allows reducing time for development and creation of engines during bench tests and finishing at stages of developmental works, during serial production, repair, certification and service maintenance of engines, reducing irrational costs due to exclusion of multiple repeatability of tests, helping to increase reliability and informativity of conducted tests.
