FIELD: testing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of testing equipment, namely, to benches for simulating the oil circuit of a gas turbine engine lubrication system (GTE), testing units of lubrication systems and their components, and can be used to test devices for operational on-board monitoring of the technical condition of a working GTE for the presence of metal wear particles of rubbing surfaces in the oil flow and oil-air mixture of the engine lubrication system, conducting comparative tests of operational on-board control devices and systems with varying the amount of pumping and the temperature of the working medium. The bench includes a housing with a closed working circuit containing a circulating pump, a mixer made in the form of a tank with oil and air supply into it, and a node of the test control element connected to each other by means of a feed line. The feed line is made with the possibility of installing a flow meter and a differential pressure sensor. Additionally, a hardware and software control unit for the bench is implemented. A system of continuous monitoring of wear particles has been organized, including an information processing unit, at least one continuous monitoring sensor and noise-proof wires connecting them. On the frame of the housing there is at least one three-way valve with an electric drive, at least one pressure conversion sensor, at least one automated chip feeding device (wear particles) with a cassette, at least one unit with a built-in filter element and a differential pressure sensor. The feed line is made with a built-in filter-signaling device and is equipped with a pipeline with an outlet with the possibility of installing at least one thermocouple in it. Between the fed lines there is at least one pipeline with an observation window and a pipeline with an oil refueling filter. Thermocouples and a sensor for determining the volume of oil in the tank are installed in the mixer housing.
EFFECT: proposed invention makes it possible to create a universal test bench for control elements with approximate conditions to natural ones, with the possibility of recreating the wear process with the appearance of metal particles at different temperatures and aggregate states of the working medium, as well as the ability to determine the effectiveness, compliance with the declared characteristics, of any type of on-board systems for monitoring the technical condition of friction couples and filtration.
