FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aircraft gas turbine engines, in particular to systems for testing aircraft engines during their creation, refinement at the stages of development work, operation, repair and maintenance, designed to improve the efficiency of experimental engine refinement. The device contains a test platform connected to a gas turbine engine prepared by sensors of the parameters being diagnosed, a subsystem for controlling the equipment of the test platform, a subsystem for controlling a gas turbine engine, an operational control subsystem, a subsystem for registering engine parameters in the form of hardware associated with a database carrier and a software carrier. At the same time, as a test platform, it contains a ground-based stand with devices for artificially creating external influencing factors similar to those occurring in the conditions of operation of an aviation gas turbine engine, and is additionally equipped with a model debugging unit connected via a test task unit to the gas turbine engine, a database filling unit connected to the engine parameter registration subsystem, a unit for determining the causes of parameter deviations and a unit for maintaining operating modes., connected via a hardware-software interface with an operational control subsystem, a unit for developing compensation paths for small deviations, a unit for visualizing the characteristics of parameters and fields of irregularities, a unit for analytical comparison of the values of the measured parameters and the required values contained in the conditioning unit, connected to an adjustment unit for the formation of corrective actions on the engine governors and stand devices.
EFFECT: reducing the time and money spent on bench tests of engines at the stages of development work, increasing the reliability of the assessment of the technical condition of the engine, ensuring the effectiveness of experimental engine refinement, increasing the reliability and informativeness of the tests carried out, ensuring the possibility of conducting bench ground tests instead of flying an aircraft.
