SUBSTANCE: invention relates to passive solid-state dosimetry of mixed gamma-neutron fields. Method of detecting doses in mixed gamma-neutron radiation fields comprises steps of, at first, detecting a detector with reference gamma radiation fields, after which it is placed in receiving coil of nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectrometer, measuring in the mode of accumulation from 1 to 50 spectra for 1–5 minutes, these spectra are averaged by spectrum averaged for each detector, a calibration dose-dependent dependence of the spectrum shape factor on the absorbed dose of gamma radiation is plotted, after which detector is placed in receiving coil of spectrometer, irradiated with mixed gamma-neutron field, measurements are repeated with this detector, shape factor is determined and its values are applied to calibration dose dependence, the ratio of the shapes obtained during gamma-neutron irradiation and the known dose of gamma-radiation is calculated, their ratio is calculated, as per the obtained coefficient, the total dose and the contribution to it of the neutron component are determined.
EFFECT: higher reliability, accuracy and reliability of the obtained dosimetric information.
