FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: lever device is proposed for delivery of instruments and equipment to horizontal wells. Lever device is equipped with two centralisers, electronic unit, cable tension sensor, wherein the traction links of the device are provided with pressure force measurement sensors, opening diameter sensors and position sensors of fixation units, and the front centraliser is equipped with a sensor of opening diameter and a displacement sensor. Electronic unit is equipped with controller with motion control programs, telemetry system for communication with ground-based logging system, high-speed telemetry system for control of traction link electric motors and readout of said sensors, as well as sensors for monitoring displacement and measuring diameter of front centerer well. Traction links are equipped with electronic units with controllers for control of electric motors, processing of readings of sensors and high-speed telemetry system for communication with electronic unit controller. Movable levers of each lever device fixation unit are made in the form of three serially connected levers, besides, the middle lever is connected to the rest levers by at least one flexible element.

EFFECT: ensuring accident-free passage of the device in a horizontal well with observance of uniform movement.
