FIELD: inorganic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to inorganic chemistry and is used to purify industrial gas emissions. Three options are proposed. The first option: constant voltage is applied in over-period mode; the second option: a constant voltage is supplied in an intermittent mode and the supply of one type of voltage is blocked when the other is applied and vice versa; the third option: frequency of the pulse power supply during the intervals of closing the constant voltage is increased.
EFFECT: increased purification efficiency.
