Terminal device receives first control information for scheduling a terminal device for performing data transmission; in accordance with the transmission information and the first display ratio determines the transmission frequency band corresponding to the transmission information, wherein the first display ratio includes a correspondence between the plurality of transmission information elements and the plurality of transmission frequency bands, and the transmission information includes one of: attribute of first control information, information on type of resource for data transmission and information on traffic of terminal device; determines a target band of transmission frequencies and performs data transfer with a network device in the target transmission frequency band.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of volume of service data of alarm in control information of downlink.
