Method of transmitting data, comprising: detecting, by a terminal device, downlink control information (DCI) transmitted by a network device and configured for scheduling data; determining, by a terminal device, a numerology configured for transmitting data in accordance with detected DCI information; and detecting, by the terminal device, data transmitted by the network device, or transmitting data to the network device, in accordance with the numerology and the DCI information, wherein the numerology comprises the number of OFDM symbols in the transmission time interval (TTI).

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of service signalling in downlink.
