FIELD: terminal devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a terminal device, a base station device and a communication method. The terminal device comprises a receiver configured to track PDCCH with a DCI format in an active downlink BWP in a serving cell in a Secondary Cell Group (SCG) and a transmitter configured to transmit a HARQ-ACK on the PUCCH. The DCI format is used for PDSCH scheduling and PDSCH reception in the downlink BWP. The NRIV value of the frequency domain resource allocation field included in the DCI format is NsizeBWP * (LRBs - 1) + RBstart in case LRBs - 1 is less than or equal to floor(NsizeBWP/2), the value is NRIV is equal to NsizeBWP * (NsizeBWP - LRBs + 1) + (NsizeBWP - 1 - RBstart) if LRBs - 1 is greater than floor(NsizeBWP/2), where floor(NsizeBWP/2) is the largest integer in the range not exceeding NsizeBWP/2, RBstart is the start resource block for PDSCH allocation, LRBs is the number of resource blocks allocated to the PDSCH, and NsizeBWP is set based on the number of resource blocks in the initial downlink BWP configured with the first parameter if the DCI format is detected in the common search space.
