FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: liquefaction system allows sequential or simultaneous liquefaction of several hydrocarbon feed streams having different normal bubble formation temperatures with minimal flash evaporation. Liquefaction heat exchanger has separate circuits to process multiple feed streams. Feed stream with the lowest normal boiling point is sufficiently overcooled to suppress most part of the flash evaporation. Feed streams with relatively high normal boiling point are cooled to the same temperature and then mixed with bypass streams to keep each product near its normal bubble formation temperature. System can also liquefy one stream at a time, using a dedicated circuit or by distributing the same feed stream to multiple circuits.
EFFECT: present invention enables to sequentially or simultaneously liquefy several hydrocarbon feed streams having different normal bubble formation temperatures with minimal flash evaporation.
