FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to downhole devices, and can be used for simultaneous and separate production of oil and associated petroleum gas by a flowing method with a controlled gas lift effect. An adjustable gas-lift installation contains a tree with valves and a preventer, a string of tubing placed in the well casing, a packer located below the gas formation, a downhole chamber installed above the packer, and a liner attached to the packer for taking oil from the oil formation. The borehole chamber contains eccentrically located upper and lower branch pipes with adapters, with which the borehole chamber is built into the tubing string at a level above the packer, which forms, with the blowout preventer and the Christmas tree, an above-packer annular gas cavity communicating with the gas formation. Between the adapters, there is an adjustable electric valve (AEV) for the dosed supply of associated petroleum gas (APG) from the above-packer annular cavity to the tubing string, containing instrumentation sensors of reservoir pressures of oil and APG at the level of the borehole chamber, connected to the surface station with a geophysical cable passed through the sealed bushing of the preventer. The branch pipes and the AEV are interconnected by a threaded sleeve, in which a cavity is made, communicating with the branch pipes, and the APG supply channel from the above-packer annular cavity through the inlet and outlet channels of the AEV, with the possibility of bubbling oil to enhance the gusher rise of the gas-liquid oil flow using a controlled gas-lift effect. The oil pressure measurement sensor is located in a cavity made from the bottom of the AEV, communicating with the gushing oil through a channel formed by the gap with the AEV, through the channel and the cavity of the threaded sleeve. The downhole chamber is connected to the packer by a docking unit, and the liner is installed with its free end in the oil reservoir of the well. When oil is produced from one gas-oil reservoir, the packer is located below the interface between the gas cap and the oil reservoir, with the above-packer annular cavity communicating with the gas cap, and the liner with its free end is installed in the oil reservoir.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation of the gas lift unit by regulating the simultaneous and separate production of oil and APG.
