STAND-HOLDER FOR STORING AND USING FOOD, TECHNICAL AND HYGIENIC LIQUIDS, PASTES AND GELS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC A47G19/18

Abstract RU 2743158 C1

FIELD: storage of liquids of different types.

SUBSTANCE: stand-holder for storing and using food, technical and hygienic liquids, pastes and gels, packaged in soft flattened packages with an upper side connection, consisting of a common base with a back wall attached to it or made as a single whole with the base, is proposed. Moreover, the common base is made in the form of single whole cup-nests of a symmetrical shape relatively to their longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry, open from above and arranged in a single line for placing the bottoms of the packages in them. The back wall is a plate vertically mounted close to the cup-nests with slots opposite the longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry of each cup-nest. Moreover, the total height of the stand-holder is at least equal to the height of the package. The height of the cup-nests is from 5 to 50% of the total height of the stand-holder. The width of the slots on the back wall is from 50 to 100% of the diameter of the soft packaging connection. The largest size of the cup-nest along their longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry does not exceed the width of the soft package. The back of the cup-nests can be an integral part of the back wall, which saves materials during the manufacture of the stand-holder. In addition, the back wall at a height of 60 to 90% of the total height of the stand-holder, counting from the bottom, can be made with a bend at an angle of 10 to 60 degrees in the direction of the cup-nests. In this case, all the cup-nests can have either the same height, or different heights. The number of cup-nests and, accordingly, slots in the back wall can be one or more, depending on the needs. So, the production of a stand-holder for only one sauce or for one shampoo, or for a set, for example, for ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard and tkemali sauce can be offered. The shape of the cup-nest can be so symmetrical that it is convenient to insert the soft package bottom down, orienting it so that the narrow side of the package would be directed towards the slot on the back wall. In cross-section, the cup-nest can represent, but without limiting the possibilities of making a stand-holder, an ellipse, a semi-ellipse, a rectangle, a circle, a sector of a circle or a trapeze. For better fixation, the internal dimensions of the cup-nests should be such that the packages enter them with some force so that they remain fixed there due to the friction forces. The stand holder is used in the following way: a flattened soft package is put bottom down in the cup-nest with some effort, including that with rolled up bottom; the package is oriented with the narrow side with the connection in the direction of the slots, leaving the connection on the other side of the slot; the upper part of the packages is pressed lightly into the corresponding slots on the back wall; and then the package is moved down, and their bottoms are pushed to the appropriate cup-nests with a little effort, bringing the package to be securely fixed. The stand-holders made in this way are very convenient for placing in them different-size packages for sauces, shampoos, etc., which are at different degrees of use, since the cup restricts the free unfolding of the rolled-up bottom of the package, and the slots in the back wall serve to fix each package by pressing it into the slot, where it is further held due to friction forces.

EFFECT: compliance with the stated conditions allows producing stand-holders that conveniently and securely fix doypacks with a variety of food, technical and hygienic liquids, gels, pastes, etc. of various degrees of fullness; an additional advantage of the claimed technical solution is the fact that the claimed stand-holder is easily scaled for large-volume doypacks and quite successfully performs the function of holding both small and large packages with connection.
