FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to functional fasteners, which are used in tightening building panels and other building structures into a single whole, when assembling furniture, aircraft, and so forth. Described is a set of universal fastening element for tightening hollow, lightweight or cellular-filled slabs, comprising bearing upper and lower panels, consisting of the following parts: a first gear wheel with a bushing centring in the reduction sleeve with a diameter equal to the value D1, and with a shaped hole for the fastening tool passing through the wheel and the bushing; first mounting nut, which is installed in the second gear wheel; a second gear wheel with a guide bushing aligning it in the reduction gear with a diameter equal to the value D2; tightening pin with screw thread, short on one side, long on the other, and with gap without cutting between them; second mounting nut, which is installed in the socket on the bottom of the mounting cup, equipped with two limiting washers on both ends of the glass, which are integral with the mounting cup; third mounting nut to be fitted in the seat at the bottom of the reduction gear cup. Besides, it comprises mounting screw with countersunk head for attachment of "mushroom-plug" inside reduction gear cylinder; self-tapping screw to fix the reduction gear cup inside the mounting cup; "mushroom-plug" consisting of solid body and cap, wherein diameter of "mushroom-plug" cap does not exceed outer diameter of reduction gearbox sleeve. Set of universal fastener enables to quickly assemble a large number of required ready elements for their subsequent installation in hollow plates.
EFFECT: assembled plates are quickly and easily mounted butt-joint or at right angle, forming the required quick-to-erect structure; additional advantage of the proposed technical solution is that assembled into an integral whole construction plates can be quickly and easily disassembled using a single fastening tool.
