FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting mechanisms, in particular, automotive jacks. Automotive jack comprises housing, screw and bushing, external and internal thread of which is conjugated respectively with screw part of housing and screw thread, element of fixation mechanism of which interacts with housing fixing element. Housing is made in the form of support platform and two broken levers, one ends of which are connected to interact with hinged screw hinges. At least one of levers is made with thread interacting with thread of one part of lead screw, and other ends of arms are movably connected to support pad and to screw part of housing, respectively.
EFFECT: higher operating characteristics.
