SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a method of detecting music beat parts and comprises: performing frame-by-frame processing of a musical signal in order to obtain a frame signal; obtaining power spectrum of frame signal; performing division into subbands with respect to power spectrum and decomposition of power spectrum into at least two sub-ranges; performing combined filtering in frequency-time domain with respect to a signal of each sub-range based on the type of a clock fraction corresponding to each sub-range; obtaining required confirmation of a clock fraction from a frame signal of a musical signal based on results of combined filtering in a frequency-time domain; and obtaining a clock fraction of the music signal based on the power value of the required clock rate acknowledgment.

EFFECT: disclosed invention is aimed at enabling launching of individualized setting of special effect depending on reproduced music of video effects on clock fractions.
