FIELD: military technologies.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of the demining line charge unit. The demining line charge unit contains links of charges of condensed explosive, each in a plastic case, bending nodes, a through power cord of polymer threads, end nodes of connection, a through power cord finish and end detonating cords for transferring detonation between the links. The through power cord of polymer filaments is made in the form of a braided rope, for example, a multi-strand rope, the links are fixed on the braided rope from both sides, with transverse pins piercing the braided rope at the ends of the links or on each link in the end lugs, while the space of the bend nodes between the links is provided with insert charges of a plastic explosive with the possibility of bending the demining line charge unit up to 180°. Each additional charge of a plastic explosive is made of a composite of two parts, fastened together. The cross-sectional area of each additional charge of a plastic explosive is 0.7 - 0.9 of the sectional area of the link. The demining line charge unit is equipped with an additional sheath in the form of a woven sleeve, fixed in the end nodes, while on the shell, in the fold nodes, there are tightening clamps. The links are made in the form of rectangular cases and are equipped with protective covers.
EFFECTS: invention provides an increase in the strength of the demining line charge unit, an increase in the reliability of the transmission of detonation, the prevention of the shift of details on a braided rope under inertial dynamic loads arising from deploying a demining charge from the demining unit cassette, flight and landing, an increase in the demining effect, due to an increase in the amount of explosive in demining line charge unit.
