FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to devices intended for analysis in atmospheric air of methane and hydrocarbon vapors at low temperature T≥-80°C, and can be used for scanning distributions of their volumetric concentration on objects of oil and gas industry, as well as for monitoring of atmosphere and prevention of industrial accidents. Disclosed is a low-temperature scanning infrared analyzer of methane and hydrocarbon vapors in atmospheric air, comprising a cylindrical housing, inside which there are electronic unit and external communication board, and on its surface there is an infrared optical sensor with holes for inlet and outlet of analyzed gas, Gas channel consists of coaxial inner and outer cylindrical pipes. At that, external pipe is tightly connected to cylindrical housing and on its output dust filter is arranged, and internal pipe is coaxially and hermetically connected to infrared optical sensor, on its end there is an external gas temperature meter, outside of which there is a cylindrical electric furnace, and inside it coaxially and successively located porous metal filler, aerosol filter, analyzer gas flow stimulator through holes for its input and output in infrared optical sensor and meter of its internal temperature. Analyzer also contains an additional control board for measuring the external and internal temperature of the analyzed gas, its flow stimulator and a cylindrical electric furnace installed inside the electronic unit. At that, to the cylindrical body of the gas analyzer, a radio-controlled unmanned aerial vehicle, including a take-off landing base, is attached to the suspension unit, on which fuselage is installed with polymer-lithium accumulator and with frame of four radial beams, at ends of which there are vertically four electric motors with rotors. Suspension unit includes a synthetic rope with an electrically conductive core, the length of which is more than five times greater than the diagonal distance between vertically mounted electric motors, and dural fixators of synthetic cable to fuselage and cylindrical housing, in which memory board and radio transmission of infrared optical sensor signals are additionally installed, and the conductive conductor of the synthetic cable is connected to the polymer-lithium battery of the radio-controlled unmanned aerial vehicle and to the electronic unit of the infrared analyzer.
EFFECT: improved technical characteristics of low-temperature scanning infrared analyzer of methane and light hydrocarbon vapors in atmospheric air.
