FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measurements, namely to portable gas analysers for research or analysis of materials by determination of their chemical or physical properties. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that a portable gas analyser comprising a housing made in an explosion-proof design, built-in measurement chambers with sensors, a controller module, power module with a circuit providing power to the gas analyser both independently and from the network, interface connectors, sound and light signalling, a display, characterized by that the housing contains a central section, an upper cover and a base detachable from the central section, wherein the base is configured to accommodate a self-contained power supply for the gas analyser located inside the central section, access to which is provided by separation of central section from base, display, controls and interface connectors are mounted in front part of upper cover, under the upper cover for each of the channels of the gas analyser there are measuring chambers interconnected with the environment by means of technological holes, in some of which for each of the measuring chambers a sampling nozzle is mounted connected to the measuring chambers by means of flow drivers for connection to it by a quick-release connection through the probe sampling tubes, at the inlet of open process holes and in the line connecting the intake nozzle with the probe, replaceable filters for mechanical air cleaning are mounted, inside the housing there are controller modules, power supply modules, installation and measurement modules made in the form of separate printed circuit boards, wherein power module is connected to installation module, installation module is connected to controller module, measurement module is connected to the controller module, wherein the power module provides the gas analyser power supply from the battery through the intrinsic safety barriers and through the installation module, and the measuring module is configured to connect the measuring channels of the gas analyser and control the sensors of the measuring channels, as well as connect the sensors of the gas analyser.
EFFECT: higher reliability and maintainability of portable gas analyser.
