SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foam packaging and a method of manufacture of foam packaging. The method according to the invention includes the following stages: preparation of molding fibrous foam containing fibrous material and a foam compound; molding of blank packaging from molding fibrous foam, wherein the solid phase of the packaging amounts to more that 35 per cent of total weight (% wt.); and drying of the blank packaging in a mould with a purpose of creating foam packaging; longevity of the foam pulp therein amounts to 1 to 60 seconds.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention is a developed method of manufacture of foam packaging.
