FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayered fibrous products and a method for the production of such kind of products for use in the packaging. The proposed product contains first layer (12) mainly consisting of natural fibers, and second heat-adhesive layer (14) located above the first layer. Heat-adhesive layer (14) mainly consists of synthetic thermoplastic fibers or particles. According to the method, heat-adhesive layer (14) is placed on top of first layer (12) during the process of canvas molding, while the first and the second layers are obtained and connected to each other during the process of foam formation.
EFFECT: invention provides for the improvement of suitability for recycling for the reuse of heat-adhesive materials of a paper type due to the reduction in the number of thermoplastic materials included in the specified products and increase in profitability of the production of packaging materials suitable for the reuse, as well as provides a method, using which it is possible to obtain new heat-adhesive and air-permeable final products.
