FIELD: medicine, pharmacology, sanitary science and dermatology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely pharmacology, sanitary science and dermatology and is intended for use against a wide range of pathogenic bacteria and fungi. For the use against one or more pathogenic bacteria or fungi, a baby powder containing a base component and an active component is used. The base component is selected from the group consisting of talc, starch, flour, chalk, montmorillonite clay, finely ground eggshell, natural zeolite shivyrtuin-montorillite zeolite and pectin, and Neolactoferrin is used as the active component. "Neolactoferrin" constitutes a complex of 10% goat lactoferrin and 90% biosimilar human lactoferrin. The components are used in the labeled amounts. One or more bacteria or yeast associated with the infection is selected from the group consisting of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Staphylococcus epidermidis, coagulase-negative staphylococci (CoNS), vancomycin-resistant enterococcus (VRE), carbapenem-resistant Klebsiella pneumonia, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus pseudintermedius (MRSP), Malassezia pachydermatis, Salmonella typhimurium, Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Campylobacter jejuni, Bacillus spp., Candida albicans, Streptococcus agalactiae, Streptococcus uberis, Esherichia coli, Salmonella choleraesuis, Stenotrophomonas maltophilia, Enterococcus faecalis, Proteus mirabilis, Klebsiella species pluralis., Enterobacter species pluralis.and Citrobacter species pluralis.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to increase efficiency of prevention and treatment of infectious skin pathology, provides convenience in practical use, ensures long-term storage, has no contraindications, and allows its safe use with newborns as a prophylactic agent to reduce the risk of infectious skin pathology.
