Abstract RU 2826747 C1

FIELD: veterinary science.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antimicrobial powder for treating wounds of domestic and farm animals and a method for production thereof. Antimicrobial powder for treating wounds of domestic and farm animals, containing, wt.%: n-hexadecyltriphenylphosphonium bromide—0.005, 5,7-dichloro-4,6-dinitrobenzofuroxane—0.02, streptocide, microcrystalline cellulose, starch, wherein the amount of streptocide is 40.0 wt.%, microcrystalline cellulose—35.0 wt.%, starch—8.975 wt.%, additionally containing, wt.%: anesthesin—1.0, methyluracil—10.0, tincture of Ziziphora pedicellata leaves—5.0. Method of producing antimicrobial powder, which consists in the fact that at the first stage, taking 35 wt.% of microcrystalline cellulose and 0.02 wt.% of 5,7-dichloro-4,6-dinitrobenzofuroxane, mixing them and stirring for 15 minutes; at the second stage, alcohol tincture of Ziziphora pedicellata is prepared in ethanol, for which 10 wt.pts. of dried milled Ziziphora pedicellata leaves and 100 wt.pts. of 70% ethyl alcohol are taken, Ziziphora pedicellata is placed in a dark glass container, poured with ethyl alcohol, closed with a lid and left to infuse for 4 days at room temperature to a dark green color, then filtered; at the third stage, mixture of 40 wt.% streptocide, 10.0 wt.% methyluracil, 1.0 wt.% anesthesin and 8.975 wt.% starch is prepared, the mixture is stirred for 30 minutes and adding 5 wt.% Ziziphora pedicellata tincture in ethyl alcohol, then the mixture is dried for an hour to remove ethyl alcohol; at the fourth stage, the mixtures prepared at the first and third stages, mixing for 15 minutes and adding 0.005 wt.% of n-hexadecyltriphenylphosphonium bromide, the obtained powder is stirred for 15 minutes and sieved. There is a reduction in the time required to restore the integrity of the skin by epithelization from the periphery to the center of the injured surface of the skin tissue at rate of 1 mm a day.

EFFECT: powder described above expands the range of agents of the declared purpose by developing an antimicrobial powder (powder) mainly for veterinary science based on a quaternary phosphonium salt, 5,7-dichloro-4,6-dinitrobenzofuroxan, streptocide, anesthesin, methyluracil, Ziziphora pedicellata tincture, microcrystalline cellulose and starch, which is intended for external use for the treatment, treatment and prevention of lacerated, postoperative and infected wounds, ulcers, fistulas of various origins in farm and domestic animals, at the same time has low therapeutic doses and pronounced antibacterial and fungicidal action.
