FIELD: image forming devices.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an electrophotographic image forming device (image forming device) and a cartridge installed with possibility of detachment into the main unit of the image forming device. Disclosed cartridge, detachably mounted on a predetermined installation path into a main assembly of an electrographic image forming device, comprising a photosensitive element, on which latent image can be formed, and including main assembly drive shaft, wherein the cartridge is movable in the main assembly between the developing position at the end of the installation path and the retraction position retracted from the developing position in a direction different from the direction of the installation path, wherein said cartridge comprises a developer carrying developer capable of displaying a latent image while in contact with said light-sensitive element when said cartridge is in a developing position, and connecting element capable to incline axis of rotation of said developer carrying element, wherein said connecting element is able to occupy initial angular position, in which it is possible to transfer the driving force from the drive shaft of the main assembly to said developer transfer member when said cartridge is in developing position, angular position during installation, in which said connection element is inclined relative to rotation axis of said developer carrying member, for engagement with main assembly drive shaft, and angular position at spacing, in which said connection element is inclined relative to rotation axis of said developer transfer member in direction different from direction relative to angular position during installation, to ensure engagement with main assembly drive shaft, when said cartridge moves from the lead position to the developing position, wherein during installation of said cartridge along installation path angular position of said connecting element varies from angular position during installation to initial angular position.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of previous level of equipment and in providing cartridge, installed with possibility of detachment into main unit of electrographic image forming device, in which developer-carrying element is able to come into contact with light-sensitive element and separate from it, as well as cartridge, in which connecting element is able to engage with drive shaft of main unit, when the cartridge is installed in the main assembly, and when the developer transfer member moves from the lead position to the developing position and the cartridge, in which the connecting member is able to disengage from the main assembly drive shaft when the cartridge is disconnected from the main assembly, and when developer transfer member moves from developing position to lead position.
