SUBSTANCE: cartridge includes a developing roller, a coupling member to sense a rotational force for developing roller rotation, a cylindrical member movably supporting one end portion of the coupling member within the cylindrical member, the cylindrical member being adapted to transmit the rotational force from the coupling member to the developing roller, (i) a supporting portion configured to rotationally support the cylindrical member, and (ii) a control portion adapted for regulating movement of the connecting element, wherein the supporting portion includes the regulating portion when viewed along the axis of cylindrical member rotation.

EFFECT: cartridge is improved in order to prevent uneven rotation of the developing roller and to provide a mechanism for movement of the coupling member of the main assembly to the coupling member of the developing device.
