FIELD: farming industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to installations for local heating of piglets using a thermoelectric heat pump. The installation consists of a thermal panel (9) for heating piglets with thermal insulation (14), a control unit (6) with a sensor (7) and a temperature controller. The unit is equipped with a thermoelectric heat pump according to the "liquid-air" scheme, which is a thermoelectric assembly with a hot junction liquid heat exchanger (4) located in it, a cold circuit air radiator (2) and a thermoelectric module (5) located between them, which is connected to the block management. The hot junction heat exchanger is connected by a pipeline (8) through a circulation pump (10) of the hot circuit with a thermal panel and a return pipeline (11) - with a hot junction heat exchanger, forming a closed loop for the circulation of the coolant. One side of the thermoelectric module is configured to generate heat for heating the coolant. The other side of the thermoelectric module is designed to cool the air radiator installed in the bypass channel (3) of the exhaust ventilation shaft (13) and blown by an electric fan (12), while assimilating the heat of the air removed from the room, transferring it to the coolant to the hot junction of the thermoelectric module for heating thermal panels.
EFFECT: reduced energy consumption for creating a microclimate in the piglets’ zone.
