SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to electric heat recovery energy-saving devices intended for recovery of heat energy of removed ventilation air, hot water supply and pre-cooling of milk in a livestock building. Energy-saving system for utilization of thermal energy comprises a housing of a heat recovery unit of ventilation air on heat pipes, in which there are channels for inlet and exhaust air with evaporation and condenser sections of heat pipes, separated by a tube plate. Energy-saving system also includes a water radiator for preliminary heating of inlet air, an air temperature sensor and a control unit. Energy-saving system is equipped with a thermoelectric heat pump, a hot water storage tank with a heat exchanger, a fresh milk cooler tank and heat pipes, a circulation pump, direct and return pipelines. Heat pipes transfer thermal energy of fresh milk from milk cooler tank to heat pump and from heat pump to hot water storage tank.

EFFECT: as a result of using the invention, power consumption for heat energy generation is reduced.
