In this case, the volume fractions of the substance and the sizes of particles entering the dispersed phase satisfy the conditions: Vp ≈ Vdp; Vfp ≤ 0,4Vdp; Vem ≈ (0,16÷0,4)Vdp; Dp > 6,464Dfcmax; Dfpmin > 6,464Dem, where Vdp is the volume fraction of the dispersed phase, Vp is the volume fraction of polymer particles, Vfp is the volume fraction of filler particles without an electrically conductive material, Vem is the volume fraction of electrically conductive material particles, Dp is the nominal diameter of polymer particles, Dfpmin is the minimum nominal diameter of filler particles without an electrically conductive material , Dfpmax is the maximum nominal diameter of the filler particles without an electrically conductive material, Dem is the nominal diameter of the electrically conductive material particles. A method for forming electrically conductive tracks is also proposed.
