FIELD: electrically conductive materials production.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of electrically conductive materials intended for shielding power electrical cables and obtained by impregnating a fibrous base - a non-woven fabric, fabric, paper, with an aqueous suspension of an electrically conductive filler and a binder with additives and drying at a temperature of 100-150°C. The method includes preparing a suspension by introducing into it 5-15 wt.% of amorphous or polymorphic highly dispersed carbon products or mixtures thereof, 5-20 wt.% dispersions of polymers or copolymers of acrylic and methacrylic acids or their derivatives or styrene-acrylic dispersions or mixtures thereof, 0.5-2.5 wt.% alkaline salts of organic acids or products of treatment of a mixture of mono- and dialkylphenols with ethylene oxide or mixtures thereof, 0.005-0.015 wt.% transition metal oxides or mixtures thereof and water up to 100 wt.%.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a high-quality electrically conductive material having a reduced specific electrical resistance of 10-1000 Ohm⋅m.
