FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foam plastic particles based on a thermoplastic elastomer which is a polyurethane having a coating which consists of an electrically conductive substance which is graphite. Described is a method of producing foam plastic particles by applying a coating on said particles of foam plastic using an emulsion of an electroconductive substance in a plasticiser, as well as a method of producing foam plastic from particles as a result of thermal bonding of said particles of foam plastic using high-frequency electromagnetic radiation. Described also are foams with specific electrical resistance of less than 106 [Ω mm2/m] and method of using foam plastic from particles for packaging or shoes.

EFFECT: technical result is providing elastic and at the same time light materials with thermal and electrical conductivity of foamed plastic, which vary as a result of expansion or compression.
