FIELD: chemical or physical processes.

SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a reactor with a turbulent fluidised bed for producing para-xylene and co-producing lower olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and toluene, wherein said reactor with a turbulent fluidised bed comprises a reactor housing, a first reactor feedstock distributor and a plurality of second reactor feedstock distributors, first separator of solid and gas phases of reactor and second separator of solid and gas phases of reactor, reactor heat exchanger, hole for outlet of gaseous product, stripping reactor column, where the lower part of the reactor with the turbulent fluidised bed is a reaction zone, the upper part of the reactor with the turbulent fluidised bed is a diluted phase zone, distributor of first raw material for reactor and multiple distributors of second raw material for reactor are arranged in series along direction of movement of gas flow in reaction zone of reactor with turbulent fluidised bed, reactor heat exchanger is located inside the reaction zone or outside the reactor housing, first separator of solid and gas phases of reactor and second separator of solid and gas phases of reactor are located in zone of diluted phase or outside of reactor housing, inlet of first solid phase separator and gas phase of reactor is connected to pipe for lifting of regenerated catalyst, catalyst discharge hole from first solid phase separator and gas phase reactor is located in reaction zone bottom part and hole for gas outlet from first solid phase separator and gas phase of reactor is located in diluted phase area, inlet of second solid phase separator and reactor is located in diluted phase area, catalyst unloading hole from second solid and gas phase separator of reactor is located in reaction zone, and hole for gas outlet from second solid phase separator and gas phase is connected to outlet hole for gaseous product, and inlet of blowing tower of reactor is located in reaction zone of reactor with turbulent fluidised bed at level above level of distributor of first raw material for reactor; feedstock for the first reactor feedstock contains toluene and part of methanol and/or dimethyl ether; raw material for distributor of second raw material for reactor contains methanol and/or dimethyl ether; wherein number of distributors of the second raw material for the reactor ranges from 2 to 10. Also disclosed is apparatus for producing para-xylene and co-producing lower olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and toluene, wherein said device comprises at least one turbulent fluidised bed reactor described above, and a fluidised bed regenerator for catalyst regeneration. In addition, disclosed is a method of producing para-xylene and co-producing lower olefins from methanol and/or dimethyl ether and toluene, in which at least one of the turbulent fluidised bed reactors described above.

EFFECT: technical result is the development of catalyst and reactor design in order to achieve a well-combined combined flow of said reactions and increase in the degree of conversion of toluene, yield of para-xylene and output of lower olefins.
