FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a fast reactor with a fluidised bed, a device and a method for producing propylene and C4 hydrocarbons from oxygen-containing compounds. Said device comprises a fast fluid bed reactor and a fluidised bed regenerator for regenerating the catalyst. Disclosed method comprises: feeding raw material containing an oxygen-containing compound from n reactor feed distributors into a dense phase of a fast reactor with a fluidised bed and bringing raw material into contact with catalyst to form a stream comprising a product in form of propylene and C4 hydrocarbons and spent catalyst containing carbon; separation of a stream discharged from a fast reactor with a fluidised bed and containing a product in form of propylene and C4 hydrocarbons, to obtain propylene, C4 hydrocarbons, light fractions, propane and hydrocarbons with 5 or more carbon atoms, wherein the light fractions contain more than 90 wt. % pf ethylene and small amount of methane, ethane, hydrogen, CO and CO2, return of 70 wt. % or more of lighter fractions from reactor feed distributor in lower part of fast reactor with fluidized bed into zone of dense phase of fast reactor with fluidised bed and reacting ethylene and oxygen-containing compounds to carry out the alkylation reaction in the presence of a catalyst to obtain a product containing propylene; regeneration of spent catalyst by means of regenerator with fluidised bed, wherein after separation of gaseous and solid phases with the help of reactor separator 1 of gaseous and solid phases regenerated catalyst is supplied to lower part of dense phase zone of fast reactor with fluidised bed, wherein catalyst contains molecular sieve SAPO.

EFFECT: method and device according to present invention increase rate of alkylation of ethylene, wherein production capacity of reactor per unit volume is high.
