FIELD: construction of pipelines.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of pipelines and is intended for thermal and hydraulic insulation of joint of pre-insulated pipes of heat networks, water pipelines, oil pipelines. Method of heat-and-waterproofing joint of pre-insulated pipes involves putting heat-shrinkable coupling on a protective shell of foamed polyurethane heat insulation of one of the joined pipes, welding of jointed pipes. Then the wires of the remote-control system wire passing through the foamed polyurethane heat insulation of the welded pipes are connected. Note here that foamed polyurethane heat insulation ends of welded pipes are formed by layer-by-layer foam polyurethane joint heat insulation. Layers of foamed polyurethane thermal insulation of joint are applied successively around welded pipes to their protective shells. Adhesive material is applied on foamed polyurethane heat insulation of joint and adjacent ends of protective shells. Heat-shrinkable coupling is moved and installed on adhesive material. Heat-shrinkable coupling is heated to reduce the dimensions of the heat-shrinkable coupling and to activate the adhesive material, while simultaneously sealing the heat-shrinkable sleeve, the foamed polyurethane heat insulation of the joint and the ends of the protective covers.

EFFECT: invention enables to obtain technical result, namely, improved quality of foamed polyurethane heat insulation of joint due to uniform foaming and solidification of reaction mixture, as well as improved tightness of joint waterproofing.
