SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Described is a composition for the induction of immunological response against porcine circovirus type 3 comprising: at least one protein of porcine circovirus type 3, where said protein is encoded by a nucleotide sequence having at least 90% sequence homology with a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID No.3, SEQ ID No.5, SEQ ID No.7 or in which said protein has at least 90% sequence homology with a sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID No.4, SEQ ID No.6, SEQ ID No.8, or any combination thereof; and veterinary acceptable carrier selected from the group consisting of solvent, dispersion medium, coating, stabilizing agent, diluent, conservant, antimicrobial agent, antifungal agent supporting isotonicity of an agent, agent, delaying absorption or any combination thereof. Described is also a composition for inducing an immunological response against porcine circovirus type 3 containing a nucleotide sequence selected from a group consisting of: a) a nucleotide sequence selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID No. 1, SEQ ID No. 3, SEQ ID No. 5, SEQ ID No. 7, SEQ ID No. 9 or one of their fragments; b) a homologous nucleotide sequence having at least 80% identity with the sequence defined in a); c) a complementary nucleotide sequence or RNA sequence corresponding to the sequence defined in a) or b); d) a nucleotide sequence modified by the sequence defined in a), b) or c); and e) a recombinant vector containing the nucleotide sequence defined in a), b), c) or d); and an additional component comprising a veterinary acceptable carrier selected from the group consisting of solvent, dispersion medium, coating, stabilizing agent, diluent, conservant, antibacterial agent, antifungal agent supporting isotonicity of an agent, agent, delaying absorption, or any combination thereof. In addition, disclosed is a composition for inducing an immunological response against porcine circovirus type 3, containing: a chimeric nucleic acid molecule including a plasmid nucleotide sequence containing the first part of the nucleic acid of porcine circovirus type 1 and the second part of the nucleic acid of porcine circovirus type 3 with said nucleic acid of porcine circovirus type 3 having at least 90% sequence homology with the sequence selected from the group consisting of SEQ ID No. 3, SEQ ID No. 5, SEQ ID No. 7 or in which said porcine circovirus type 3 nucleic acid encodes a protein having at least 90% sequence homology with a sequence selected from a group consisting of SEQ ID No. 4, SEQ ID No. 6, SEQ ID No. , or any combination thereof; and a veterinary acceptable carrier selected from a group consisting of a solvent, dispersion medium, coating, stabilizing agent, diluent, conservant, antibacterial agent, antifungal agent supporting isotonicity of an agent, agent, delaying absorption or any combination thereof. Disclosed is a method for inducing an immunological response against porcine circovirus type 3 including: administration to an animal in need of one of these compositions or any combination thereof.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means of prevention of porcine circovirus.
